The Weekly AT Snapshot - 5/11/2007

Professor Euro Seriously Injured

From the back of the box:

Castle Caylus is already erected, and now the King desires another task. You and your fellow players are interior decorators who compete for the King's attentions. You will bid on statuaries, paintings, and kuhlschranks to stand inside the castle walls. But beware of the Provost and Bailiff who jealously guard the King's interests! With much tactics and a dash of luck, will you definitely curry the King's favor.

This week's AT Snapshot was submitted by "PowderedToastMan" who asked that his real name not be revealed.

Calling all photoshoppers and imagehounds! The Weekly AT Snapshot wants YOUR images! You send the picture, we add the back-story!

If you've got a great image that just screams Ameritrash, email us the URL. It can be an image you created or an image you found on the web. We don't care! If it meets our strict quality standards, we'll publish it in The Weekly AT Snapshot, instantly making you an undeniable global celebrity. We'll even pimp your website if you send us the URL for that. Send all submissions to the "fortressat" gmail.com address with the word "Snapshot" in the subject line.

Maybe we should send him a bouquet of wooden cubes as a goodwill gesture?

I'm sure we'll see a geeklist "Games to play in the hospital while recovering from face transplant surgery".

Wow! Can't believe this game burning happened in my hometown and I missed it! I had a couple of games to add to that fire though the Prof. would have been VERY irate seeing Caylus go up in smoke.

This looks like a Mummy ripoff.

Sounds like a blast but it's my weekend to work (I work one of those magical "swing shifts" . . .) Hope you guys have a riot of a time and burn the place down! I look foward to some session reports and there better be none of that "Mission to Mars" nonsense going on this time.

Ok, I confess, I've never played that game and am just jumping on Mr Skeletor's bandwagon.

Oh yes. Photoshopping Ameritrash style. My buttons are pushed.

Consider my hands rubbing with glee and my mouse twitching with expectation.

Now, where did I put that drawing board...
